Getting Rid of Thin Legs (91-92 Mod)

I've been playing the 91-92 mod for 2k11 and I really want to get rid of the thin arms and legs the players have. Can this be done without Reditor?

Body type can be edied, but it doesnt look like u can edit specific parts like u could in previous years.

right because those values were still in the file, but changed nothing like 2k10

The mod's creator aloncho told me to replace the global.iff with the original file & it worked. I know a lot of people prefer the thin arms & legs but it just doesn't look right to me. That said, it's still the best TCM I've ever seen.
