use modtool for open your global.iff, in the left there is a list of numbers, go to 261; down there is a write " DDS:0" scroll down and search numbers textures that I have made into tnt global folder, click import and voila!

Question though: After "Premiere Week" is over (ie in your franchise or even in exhibition games), will the logo just say have the NBA/TNT part or will it stay the same throughout?
