Nice skin and suits and everything, but eyes just look dead. It's like looking into a zombie. That's my opinion :D. Hope to see release with default eyes or with better ones. :)

Thanks for the critiques, guys. I'll definitely keep them in mind for V3.

On another note, how's this new Carlos Arroyo cyberface look? Good enough to release?

To prepare for my NBA 2K normal mapping tutorial, I took a stab at adding detail to the street jerseys:

wow that looks great. Did you edit the green texture in the uniforms iff files, or the weave texture in the global?

Thanks again for the feedback, guys. I've added a new mod to the first post: Enhanced Sideline Characters V1. I'll upload that and the Blacktop jerseys to the NLSC Downloads section.

Thanks. Yeah, I just edited the green textures, and the specular (alpha) map in the jersey color textures so that the holes wouldn't be affected by the glossy jersey shine.

I never even thought about modifying the weave texture... that's actually a very good idea, Jao. I'm not sure if they use the same weave texture for the referee uniforms, but that would definitely be something worth trying for the jersey modders.

I've been meaning to experiment with that texture to see what we can do with it (i didn't even know it existed in 2k11 either).

At any rate, great job with the blacktop jerseys, as they say, in my game. Can't wait to see what you come up with for a tutorial (Y) (Y)

I've been working on a new cyberface for Jose Calderon. I think he's had the same cyberface since 2K10.

Any thoughts? I probably need to do a little more work on the hair before I release it.

Very nice work man!

But about the sweat, is it possible keep this reduced way without eyes get darked as became?

I mean, with some players like default Paul Pierce the eyes looks all black.

maybe next time you can play with the global file again and darken the light black gears... thanks again... you made the cfs out of the plastic wrapper!

Thanks. For V3, I've got a much better texture for the eyes this time around. The dark zombie eye effect that NixazMixaz mentioned should be gone:

Sure, I can try darkening and improving the contrast of the gear for V3.
