According to the Washington Post, coach John Thompson III pulled his team off the court with the score tied at 64 midway through the fourth quarter after the teams exchanged punches. One Hoyas player, Henry Sims, was reportedly hit by a chair.

Insane. So much for international goodwill (and the term "friendly" to describe an exhibition game).

I know for sure this ain't the first time Chinese teams getting involved in such disgraceful acts. Makes me wonder if they ever teach something called the sportsmanship. I am sure Georgetown had their part in this fight but this happens too often with Chinese players especially in soccer and basketball. There was one time Manchester United refusing to play their best players in an exhibition game in China because of safety issues like this. They have to know their actions like this only add up to their already bad reputation.

Embarrassing to say the least. Brawling over an exhibition game that's meaningless and doesn't count for shit?

Apparently the free throws were 57-14 in the favor on the Chinese Professional Team.

YouTube comments.

In today's episode, China learns what "niggers" are all about. Thank God they have powerful Kung Fu and outnumbered them with their 1.3 BILLION population. I thoroughly enjoyed watching these niggers get their asses kicked by the noble Chinese and enjoyed it even more as I watched Georgetown's team walk away while having things thrown at them. Good job, China! This video gave me a raging hard on. If more people treated niggers this way, maybe we could get our American society civilized again. :)

what a shit ! Where is real punching ? I don't see one single player flying through the air after being properly punched !

Chinese are angry because they haven`t eat dog for day now!
CroDomba
An attack on an American interest abroad is an attack on America! This may have been just a collegiate basketball team, however they represented a sports team from the United States. The attack on them was symbolic for the Chinese players...remember that the Chinese players are from the Chinese military! This was more than a basketball brawl!

Flying elbow to the back at 0:21 is the go to move in China. I've seen it happen plenty of times in my neighborhood. It's pretty good. They also have the combo move called Up, Triangle, Down, Square, Up, It's pretty effective against the fire type pokemon.

America could nuke China back to the stone age. I am proud that America used nukes on Japan. It really taught those slanty eyed cocksuckers. Now they kiss our asses. But they look down on greasy, smelly Chinks.

Brawls kinda suck outsinde hockey games. Don't like that hooliganlike behavior.
Btw. The guy with the chair was pretty ineffective. Wasn't able to handle his weapon. Could never make it as a professional wrestler...

The Chinese refs make NBA refs look great. Did you all see the Duke games? Duke players were getting mauled and nothing was called. Coach K was going nuts on the sidelines. In the two games vs. China, I believe there was a 72-25 free throw difference.

As for those ignorant YouTube comments, nothing but a bunch of internet badasses. Talk that smack to someone's face out in the street(without anyone to back you up) and see what happens.

Apparently the Sydney Kings went over to China to play a few exhibition games one year, and China came back from ten down with a minute to go, and tied the game. Sydney hit a game-winner with plenty of time left on the clock and got the hell out of there. The basket was disallowed anyway, to this day the game remains a draw.

What else to expect from a totalitarian regime. It's nearly the same with North Korea. Teams from that countries are simply not "allowed" to lose in international competitions...

Those 18 and 19 years old boys learned the Chinese culture hard way. In a match that turned out to be a free throw practice for the Chinese team. Just a day after other 18/19 years old american kids tried to win in Chinese soil, of course in which they ended up getting lynched for trying.

He cares about the league's image and reputation (in some respects, anyway). Brawls don't sit well with him, as Ron Artest's 73 game suspension back in the 2005 season demonstrates.
