Bicep Bands

Ive read about 3d accessories being modded, anbd ive seen many sleeves and knee pads, but would it be possible for anyone to create the bicep bands that many players wore several years ago? Kobe, Ben Wallace, etc? Or is that not possible at the moment?

find your player's ID

open their png####.iff file with the mod tool
