For 360 go to Operation SPorts- NBA 2K- NBA 2K Rosters, & then choose a 11-12 season roster. It should have alll the right rookies on their.
So did you just start a 2010-2011 season with those rosters with the 2010 and 2011 draftees all being rookies?

fraps saves faster into .bmp and then i created an action in photoshop to resize and save as .png with one simple click...then upload to imgur...no other modifications, just take good screenshots to start with so it makes things quick and easy
i convert to png because imgur does it automatically...but quality goes down, so i do it myself and everything is good. majority of the time...png i think is the best to use...higher quality than gif, has transparency features jpg does not, and i think bmp is just low quality most of the time
i would save originally as png with fraps....but the screenshots are slow and isnt good for when i want to take multi-photos quickly that i will later combine into an animated gif (and i use imageready to create it)
also its a good habit to save photos from other websites to ur comp and upload it to ur own picture hosting...just in case the original website changes its link or goes dead (though i never have problems with ESPN, everything else i reupload to be safe)
anyways good luckand get rid of Melo...no one likes him

Meet The New Knicks GM: Kris Adams
NEW YORK -- Today during a press confrence the New York Knicks announed that they have hired movie producer & Basketball fanatic Kris Adams, much to the dismay of fans. I think I can help this growing team become champions, I don't really care what the fans think. I'm just gonna do my best to help the Knicks win."
Carmelo Anthony put out via twitter "Welcome @TheKMan to the Knicks organization. Melo seems to be the only one happy about the events that have taken place. Amar'e Stoudemire & the rest of the players have yet to comment. Adams said he'll be at every game, & will do his best to help the team. For his sake, he should live up to his word.

The Celtics have had an excellent start to their season. In the season opener against Miami, & broadcasted by TNT, the Celtics thrashed last year’s Eastern Conference champs, 79-98. Then against the Cavs, in Kyrie Irving’s NBA Debut, Rajon Rondo took him to the cleaners scoring 29 points, & dishing 9 assists in a 97-74 win over the Cavs. Going up against the Knicks they hoped to win their 3rd straight game.
New York stampeded out of the gates, with a 20-8 start to the Game, led by Amar’e Stoudemire who scored 16 of his 23 points in the 1st half. It seemed like the game would be over by half time, but then the Celtics did the unthinkable. Led by Paul Pierce, who scored 34 PTS, & had 6 boards, the Celtics charged their way through the defense in the 2nd quarter, ending the half with a one point lead. There was no stopping them after that as they came out of the half ready to continue their charge. Paul Pierce was the Player of the Game, with 34 pints, 6 rebounds, 3 ASTS, & 3 STLS.Knicks Box Score C.Anthony: 32 Points,14 REBS A.Stoudemire: 23 PTS,7 REBS,6 REBS,4 STLS C.
