2D Crowd Question

does anyone knows how to edit the 2D crowd or the large fsh file inside the xcrowd viv? coz when i try to put some color on shirt their wearing and import again then put in sgms folder it become an empty crowd, any solution about that? i already try to save and import both BMP and DDS format but still no luck.

try a different program, FSHline, dolffin, etc
