As for that foul to give, doesn't a foul in the last two minutes of a game automatically sends a team to the FT line even though they are not in the penalty yet? Can't remember it exactly.

It's the second foul in the last two minutes of the game that sends the other team to the FT line & puts them into the penalty.

I thought that rule is only applied here in the Philippine League. Now I know that NBA has it also

Looks like Brendan Haywood may sit out with a hip injury.

Hopefully we get to see what Tyson Chandler can do with 40+ minutes.

Looked like it might be close to a backcourt violation at the end there, but great shot by Chalmers to beat the buzzer. Mavs are struggling a bit after a good start.

Barea's been a bit sloppy and out of control in this one. He's got a lot of talent as we've seen in the earlier rounds but he needs to play with a bit more discipline before he can truly be a solid and dependable backup at the point, and presumably eventual successor to Kidd as the starter.

Officiating has been horrid as hell.

Why the hell is that old man sitting in the sidelines? Dallas got a lot of opportunities but wasting it all on those turnovers... as usual Heat's defense is superb

Wade almost gave the Heat another great buzzer beater to end the quarter. Just a little too hard off the board on that one, lucky break for the Mavs.

Good runs by the Mavs to bring the deficit back to something manageable, but they need to pick it up in the second half. Perhaps they need the Heat to start celebrating prematurely again.

JVG's comments about flops and flails was right on the money. I think craftiness and selling contact is part of the game to a certain extent but it's often taken too far with players manufacturing calls out of nothing and getting away with it. Everyone does it, stars of course get the most generous treatment but they're not the only ones getting soft calls and it's something the league really should clean up.

Come on Andrew. The officiating was terrible but definitely did not benefit the Heat. 15 fouls from the Heat and 9 fouls committed by the Mavericks. There was a flop by Wade(on Kidd) for sure but many undeserving calls were called on the Heat. I don't know how you can claim that.

...and Marion keeping them alive yet again when things seemed to slip away. He the man!
