Since you don't read, I understand the fact that you really can't catch the last time I contributed to a discussion of basketball, so thanks again for further exposing your lack of reading. You keep on being an idiot by bashing the Mavs, someone has to say something right? Without them (Dirk, and add the referees), Miami wouldn't even have a championship. Tell me, what's with all the bashing you give them? It's really not that I'm a Mavs fan (like the team, just not a fan), I'm just curious as to why your favorite thing to do is refer to Dirk as a choker.

I can see this series going to seven games, as long as the Thunder can execute down the stretch in the fourth quarter this game and take the next one at home. I'm hoping the Mavs win Game 5 though, but pretty much they'll just meet a Heat team in the Finals that'll get foul calls in their favor just like they've gotten in the ECF. Either way, I'll just sit back and enjoy the basketball left to be played this season and just be happy that the Lakers are out of the run.

About the series, I think the Mavs can make it tonight and progress to the finals. About the Heat and FTAs, they haven't gotten that much free throws so far vs the Bulls.

As usual? Who the fuck says I hide? Read Andrew's posts from the Bulls/Heat thread. He's said the Bulls are getting hammered, no calls, while LeBron's been flopping on some plays and the refs have been giving them soft foul calls. I'm not just taking Andrew's word for it, because I've watched a good part of that series myself, and it's just what I see. idk. Maybe the fact that I want Chicago to go to the Finals is blinding me there, who knows. If that's not elaborate enough, ask Andrew to elaborate more.

Meanwhile, Westbrook and Harden having their way. I see Harden becoming a starter for OKC one day; the comparisons of him to Brandon Roy aren't looking so blasphemous as much anymore.

The Thunder's been leading most of time now the Mavs take over. This game has been just hectic as the last one. I'd still say referees did a crap job in this game.

There were bad calls on both ends. The Heat weren't the clear winner in officiating.

Mavs back to the finals. That's just great. Dirk's three was a goddam dagger and I was like "he's the iciest motherfucker out there".

The Thunder played great and it may sound like such a stereotype, but they are really lacking experience if you ask me. It's those little things that did not happen for them. I know, it sounds just to stereotypical, but that how it felt to me.

Another great game. Makes me wonder what if DAL had to face SAS in the playoffs, the one who eliminated them last season as 7th seed.

Disappointed how little Perkins did in this series. With Collison being the primary defender under the paint, the Thunder still played pretty good though.

I can't believe it.

Great to see Dallas advance to the Finals. Hopefully Dirk can continue the scoring rampage in the Finals. I think Nick Collison did a fairly good job defending Dirk; making his catches and his shots harder, but Dirk just couldn't be stopped in this series. I reckon the Bulls will do Dallas a favor and win Game 5 so that will give them some rest time they need. I hadn't watched too many Dallas games in the past, but in this series, I loved the team defense they played. It'll be tougher for them against Miami, but I want to see a hard fought and intense Finals.

Topic that grabs my attention: does Caron Butler's absence benefit Dallas' deep run in the playoffs? Or if he was around would it hurt them because of the fact that the role players (Terry, Barea) wouldn't have much touches/possessions to step up?

The Mavs was so good with Butler in the lineup until both Dirk and him went down with an injury. I remember like in two games Butler scored like 15 points in the 3rd quarter alone.

The Mavericks looked great in this year's playoffs. I had doubts because I thought this team wasn't much different from last year Mavericks. With many shortcomings in the past, this trip to the Finals definitely is a surprise for me. So what has been so good and different with Mavericks this year compared to last year? Just curious...
