Shot stick timing vs. real player %

Wed May 25, 2011 2:16 am

How are these two calculated? Is real player % completely unaffected by the release and I just have to press the shoot button and everything is calculated with the attributes of the player? And how high is the impact of the shot stick timing - 50% timing, 50% attributes?

I rather use real % as players should shoot like in real life...anyone knows how the two shooting modes are calculated?

Real player % is completely unaffected by user shot stick timing. Shot stick timing obviously has a window of opportunity for the sweet spot, which takes into account the user's shot stick release timing, the shooter's rating, and the shooting sliders. Not to mention all the other things that are calculated into shots like individual tendencies, coach tendencies, consistency, clutch, proximity of defenders and whether they are contesting or not and how high their defensive ratings are.

Whichever you prefer/feel plays best.
