is there a way to change the MY PLAYER CHARACTER INFO...?

What character info do you mean? Like the stats? I recommend buying the Player Version of REDitor which allows access to my player files.

i mean..
the info.. like THE HOME COUNTRY OF YOUR MY PLAYER CHARACTER... THE AGE ALSO..
