who can tell me how to use the HEX (i can pay the money 3Q)

i have TWO QUESTIONS

1.i want to add the real logo into the fxxx.iff which hasn't it. for example :the fo23 HIGH floor has not the "TOYOTA CENTER " LOGO how can i to deal with it ?


2.if the floor-lines' color are wrong how can i edit the lines' color ? i have known about the way to edit it is HEX ，how can i do next ?and where the lines color's positions ?


please tell me i wii give many thanks to U ,i am a chinese boy , so if my english has something wrong please don't mention it ,3Q and i am looking foward to U replay .

1, find a court that does have a logo in that position and overwrite it with the Rockets logos and hex change the colors

2, hex is the only way to change the colors

oh , very thanks to u , i have konwn this way . but i only want to know how to use the HEX to edit the 3-seconds' color lines' color and so on ,open the court by the HEX i have seen too many numbers as :00 FF and so on ,can U teach me this a little particularly ,thank U ,please help me .thanks
