Trainer to change team chemistry in MP

Hi, is there a trainer or something I can use to change my team's chemistry in my player mode? I am just so sick of my teammates missing open and easy shots about 80% of the time, making it impossible to win games. I've heard this thing happen to others because their team's chemistry was low, and ours is at 0%, which is total bs.

Do you know how to change plays or playbook in My Player?

Nope.

But, Do you have also problem with plays? Everytime you play in My Player Mode It randoms your play or your old team play. Is there anyway to fix it?

Not that I know of. I do like auto playcalling.
