HELP!! ;o my player crash

This was really bad timing on 2k11's part to do this, my player is just about any game mode that I'm not tired of... Not yet at least. I am 39 games into the season and with my struggling 15-24 thunder and a stupid GM, that was smart enough to figure out we needed a total of 7 point guards on our team, it doesn't look good. Today, when I went on to play the Magic when the game crashed to desktop during the loading screen (the one that shows your objectives for the game, as well as starting lineup and upcoming milestones). No error message present. This is bad, bad news for me, so please, help me figure this out

this also happened to me. i requested a trade for my player and than the next game it crashed down

my game crashes 28 games into the season when i hit play next game. i had 4 backup saves at different points and simulated each of them to see if it crashed at the same game and it did. i have the latest patch and i know all my drivers/resolution/etc are correct. the only thing i noticed that worked was to request a trade in a waaaay earlier save before i reach the crash game. i however do not want to play anymore (especially on another team) and then have similar problems arise later. idk if it has anything to do with it but the game it crashes on has a roster in which i created a player? i doubt that is the case though because when i traded myself to another team and met the kings i was allowed to enter the game without the crash to desktop. i am so frustrated (between the pc and 360 version) that i doubt i will buy next years game... anyone has ANY suggestions? i have trolled forums for 3-4 days and can only find people encountering similar problems pre-patch (their problems usually arising after saving mid-game which is not my problem at all).

Ok, I have good news my friends Found out what the problem was, it turned out to be a faulty JJ Redick cyberface that's causing the issue. It was NLK's, which is surprising, he always makes high quality mods. I just put the original back in the and now it's fine (well, I haven't really tried yet, I found out about it when my friend and I were trying to play online match, with magic being my team for the particular game, but I know for sure that's what it was, because it was crashing the same way).
