Damn,tough luck...
Well, you could make a Pierce-like return in the game and be the hero in the final, but it affected you badly...
Better luck next time...

I was still getting a lot of pump fakes and getting the defenders in the air and creating good looks but when I jumped I knew I was leaning in all crazy directions and the shots all fell short. Just wasn't the same. And got blocked on one attempt too. Wide open but hesitated too long. (N)

Always next time I guess.

That injury sounds like it hurts! You definitely need to get it checked out! I will prayin for ya!

The worst part was that there was no foul called. But I did lie, I did score another jumper after I got hurt before coming off. I was just rubbish in the last quarter!

Dang, harsh injury. That sort of happened to me once, where I messed up my knee after I banged knees with someone while we were both at full speed, except I didn't come back.

Should've unleashed your inner-Kobe, Sit.

But yeah, that does sound painful to get sandwiched by two big guys like that. Hope you make a fast recovery. :)

As I said on fb, really sucks about the loss. Look at it this way, your flaws have been exposed, so you guys can become a better team overall next season
Best of luck with the injury man, I have been pretty banged up ever since I started playing over here too...dudes are just so much bigger and stronger than in HK, I get smashed down hard every time I play :?

I did. I was Game 7 Kobe with the amount of good and bad misses in fourth quarter. :P

And hardly an injury... just a bad hit. Feeling better today, still limping but pain will be gone in a few days then back in the gym for a month before next season.

Man, you're the MVP!

No, I'm not the MVP. Far from it. I am too much of a selfish offensive player. Haha

Stealth With Another High Scoring Night
Seattle Stealth at Memphis Grizzlies: 144-122
Preview | Boxscore | Recap | Highlights

January 26, MEMPHIS (AP) – Andrew Bogut pumped his right fist in the air as the small pocket of Seattle Stealth fans cheered just above the entry to the tunnel to the locker room. He walked past former Stealth coach Gary Payton and ignored him. Payton took offence and threw a towel at him.

Bogut turned around and shrugged before continuing on. He later told a reporter, “I don’t even know Gary.” Bogut wasn’t traded to Seattle until after Payton had famously quit for unknown reasons.

As the Grizzlies coach; Payton didn’t pay the Seattle team a visit. However, that should not be any surprise as everyone knows that he has bad blood and a few bones to pick with the organisation. And everyone knows that both sides will never agree to retire his jersey as the Sonics don’t exactly exist anymore. Payton’s hate of the current Seattle franchise was apparent as he said before he left the arena, “They’re stinking up this building. They’re all (expletive).”

Bogut nearly had another triple double as team captain Kevin Durant scored 38 points to lead the Stealth to a 20 point romp against Memphis. The Stealth did not break a sweat as they scored 144 points and won their 25th straight game. Durant had his own jab at his former coach, “Someone is just jealous of my success.”

“I meant our success,” Durant eventually added.

Notes: The Stealth visit the Rockets in Houston in their next game… Durant has made it clear that he is aiming to win another scoring title this season… It was revealed that Stealth coach George Karl had a bit of a health scare last week and was admitted into hospital. He was later released after undertaking some tests..

Allowing 122 points for the opposing team is unacceptable. Great to see this having an update man (Y)

When he scores 30+ every quarter, no D is needed.

Huge win once again, good to see an update in herre. The Grizzlies suck, Payton's a fool. KD = team player?

Words do not convey the tone in which he added that last bit or the prompting required for him to 'eventually add' that line to his answer!

The thing that caught my eye was KD's efficiency. 15-21 and 4-5 from beyond the arc is pretty excellent
