a little help w/ my two gamepad.

hello , i just bought 2 gamepads so me and my cousin can play nba2k11. but unfortunately the shoulder buttons of our controllers are mixed up. when i press R1 my controller w/ direct pass but when my cousin press R1 w/ his controller he sprints. is there a way to fix this?

the thing is when i configure it in-game. only 1 controller has the right config because button 5= button 8 on the other controller and button 6 = button 7.
