Ok ....

Had my ps3 returned unfixed by a local tech firm apparently it will cost nearly as much to fix as buying a new one so ...

Thats just what ive done :D

And got a great deal too , if any of you live in the UK and want to grab a cheap ps3 base package then go here

http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/sony-plays ... 3-pdt.html

Just come home with mine and iam made up with the price as my old one which ive had for 4 and a half years was the old shape and only 60 gig while this is a slim and 160 gig hard drive.

There is one downfall though , i was told that i could still get the stuff off my old hard drive by just putting it in my new ps3 but it doesnt fit so ive got to try and find a someone with the old shape willing to let me snatch all my stuff off my drive by putting it in there ps3.

Not waiting that long to continue this story so iam gonna have to sim upto where i am and carry on.

Due to this some of the season stats wont be the same ie with melo now here i cant see Amare having such an mvp season the way he was but hey iam not throwing in the towel !!

Knicks sign Jeffries, Brown after waiving Brewer and Azubuike.

NEW YORK (AP)
-- The New York Knicks brought back forward Jared Jeffries and claimed forward Derrick Brown off waivers Tuesday, adding some size for the stretch run.

To make room, the Knicks parted ways with forward Corey Brewer, a day after waiving guard Kelenna Azubuike.

The 6-foot-11 Jeffries originally signed with the Knicks on Aug. 8, 2006, and played for the team until he was traded to the Houston Rockets last season at the trade deadline.

The Knicks value Jeffries for his ability to defend anyone from big men to point guards, and moved quickly to sign him once he cleared waivers after being bought out by the Rockets last week. He is expected to be in uniform when New York hosts New Orleans on Wednesday.

Brown was waived by Charlotte last Thursday. The 6-8 forward averaged 3.4 points in 10.4 minutes per game over two seasons with Charlotte after being taken with the No. 40 pick in the 2009 draft.

Brewer didn't appear in a game for the Knicks after he was acquired from Minnesota in the three-team, Carmelo Anthony trade. The former lottery pick from Florida will have a chance to sign on with another contender.

In the game, Brewer and Azubuike are way better than Jeffries and Brown (although Brown is overrated), still good to see young doing the RL trades.
