The next game will be with adjusted sliders, i can already promise you a more realistic FG% and an epic game between the Bulls and the Knicks. :D

.

Ralph Sampson surprised in this game , he claimed the staring five after Pervis Ellison was traded to the Heat in exchange for Robert Pack. 31 points and 14 rebounds what a statement!

Despite the loss, the Washington Bullets set a new Dynasty record for turnovers in a sinlge game. They only had 2 turnovers, impressive !

6th man of the year Larry Stewart, made 8 points and 3 rebounds from the bench.

----

While the Bulls won their 11th straight the Knicks made their 14th straight. The huge battle in the East coming up tomorrow !

Bulls win in double overtime

It was the long expected face up between the two main contenders in this years Eastern Conference. The New York Knicks welcomed the Chicago Bulls at Madison Square Garden.

Both teams started with a +10 winning streak in this "final" on Christmas Day. It could not have been done better to raise the tension. The Knicks who just made a big trade sending Marc Jackson and a 1994 1st round pick to the Clippers in exchange for Ron Harper started very strong in this season , maybe better than ever, some even say this could become the best Knicks team we ve ever seen.

The first half, was dominated by Patrick Ewing. He grabbed 10 boards and scored 22 points in the first 24 minutes. Horace Grant looked not very good in the paint defending either Ewing or Oakley, both stayed beyond the .500 FG mark. Jordan couldnt find into his game he only had 11 points.

The second half, the Bulls had to fight and always stay behind a margin around 3-5 points. The game nearly was done when Elgin Baylor Jr made a layup with hard contact and added +1 from the line. The Knicks already led by 96:90, with 2 minutes on the clock. A bad pass by Oakley and two missed shots helped Chicago into overtime.

The first overtime started with wild shooting from the 3 point line. Bj Armstrong , John Starks and Ron Harper showed their touches from outside. With 10 seconds remaining on the clock and a all tied the Knicks were able to take the win, but they could not find a decent shooting position and Baylor Jr missed a three.

In overtime two, the Knicks seemed to be beaten, after some poor offensive actions they early got in trouble and a point deficit of 8. Michael Jordan closed out the game scoring 9 points in second overtime.

This was a tough loss for the Knicks but Chicago needed to show up all their means to take this win. Both teams will face up at least one more time this season , adding another chapter to this great rivalry.

Leaders:

41 points Michael Jordan
18 rebounds Patrick Ewing
10 assists Michael Jordan, Ron Harper

2 - thanks, yes they are - i think it will be Bulls - Knicks C Finals if i dont fail again

3 - yeah looking forward to it, i think you have a good role on that Heat team since they traded Seikaly to the Lakers.

Nothing like a game going down to the wire. We almost got it done. If only I had knocked down that shot in overtime :?

First i didnt notice that Baylor had the ball. That would have been a huge basket, but Baylor had a nice game though.

On Hiatus

This might come a bit surprising...

I think my biggest failure was to try to convert this whole thing on an easy way to 2k11. In the beginning it was fun , but after 30 games it really turns out boring to me. When i started the new season on 2k11 in knew there would be a risk to do that, maybe i should have better stick with 06 who knows.

I should have seen that coming, the league is kind of messed up - too many generated faces - "clones" and sloppy retro jerseys.

It was also getting a kind to big for me, when i started with my first steps i never thought of presenting whole boxscores , NLSC member rosters --

If i ever do something else or something new, ill try to be aware of theese problems.

I hope all the followers won t be to angry with me,

i still appreciate your support, thank you for that !

My Domination got messed up trying to improve realism. The Denver Nuggets who had gone 27-3 or something ended up with the last lottery pick. :?: Don't worry about it.

Thanks for the support ! .. and remember this awesome Draft , Shaq was selected by the Mavericks.

I think i am going to write a small summary what happened so far to get back into it.

STOMPTHECOURT also releases his 1996 mod soon, so maybe i can use some of the courts and jerseys to make it more realistic. (Y)

I think i continued this one earlier but i really didnt know that i still had a save game of this in a temp folder.
