76ers the Turn-Er ound

I choose the 76ers team because i like almost all of their players. Its a young talented team with a good depth and potential.

For sure my target is to reach the playoffs and then we will see.

Even the real season is already heading to the last weeks i decided to start in Nov 2010. I adjusted the deadline trades and i am curious how things turn out in the East.

I didnt make any moves so far and i am not planing yet. The only thing i did, i put Evan Turner into the starting 5 instead of Jodie Meeks. I hope Meeks will not blame me for that.

My key players will surely be Iggy , Turner and Brand, but i cant highlight a player - also Holiday , Young and Meeks are great - so i am ready for this !

I see boxscore are a bit to small i am working on that for the next Game.

Edit:

The Knicks just offered me Billups + Brewer in exchange for Iguodala and Nocioni

Looks like they are already rid of him...

Holiday game winner in Overtime

The Philadelphia 76ers could celebrate their first victory in this season against the Washington Wizards!

Washington forced me into overtime and it was a really tough game. I already thought that i go away with the Win but then Lewis tied the game into overtime with a wild 3 pointer....

Lewis and Blatche were the highpoint men on the Wizards side:

R Lewis - 29pts 10reb 3ast
A. Blatche - 22pts 10reb 1ast

Iguodala showed a tremendous performance, he almost made a triple double scoring 18pts 14reb and 9 assists.

Jrue Holiday made the game winning J just in time which led me to a 117-115 win.

Mike Bibby the new Wizard -- he remained almost colorless this game

There it is my first win :D

I think there are more to come, i just have to become a bit more custom to all players and utilize their capabilities.

Its not only about Turner - but i think in Turner the 76ers made a nice pick and maybe they can come up in the next years like they did 10 years ago.

76ers take revenge on Pacers

The 76ers took revenge against the Pacers after their defeat just a few days ago.

This time in Philadelphia the team showed much more strength and less turnovers which led to a close well earned win in overtime.

Danny Granger was the best man on the Pacers side scoring 26pts 10reb and 4ast.

Iguodala passed the 30 points mark for the first time this season and had a big effort on this 2nd straight win.

Elton Brand with a solid performance - 17pts 8 reb 5 ast - will he be able to return on an All Star level?

Cavs loose Davis + Jamison

This was a black night for the Cleveland Cavaliers - not only the high defeat also the loss of Baron Davis and Antawn Jamison will bother the Cavs through the next games.

Davis has broken his wrist - Jamison is supposed to rest because of a strained back.

Under theese circumstances this was an easy win for the 76ers - they controlled the game early and secured a 30 point win.

With this win the 76ers could tie their record to 3:3. This was important because the upcoming schedule will effort everythig from them. The 76ers are going on a road to play teams like the Knicks, Thunder, Mavs and Spurs.

Dont know, both times it was a foul contact with Elton Brand. He knocked them out

Yes, i am struggeling with turnovers - if i can reduce them i would be much stronger.
