I really like how they implemented this feature into the game, probably my most favorite new feature.

Any other small new features that are not recognizeable so much?

you can run players into the camera people, coaches, refs, and crowd members

the ball can be swatted into the crowd

off the backboard oops are easier to pull off

injured players can show up on the bench in a suit

if you're the away team and do a "signature gather" you can see crowd members yelling at the ref for a travel

there are TONS of "little things" in this game, 2k takes pride in it

players on the bench sometimes stand up and yell at you, when you take a shot right next to the opposite bench.

It only happens when the injured player is still in the 12 man rotation and is "out" not "hurt"

I had this in my Pistons association, Charlie V. is hurt and sitting on the bench with his suit on. During the course of the game as I was making substitution using the in-game overlay, I accidentally subbed him in because of the situational subs, and to my dismay he was out there on the court playing. I hope this bug was fixed by the patch.
