is there a way to use the current roster in my player?

I was thinking about using it in a quick game so that I can control all players.. And also, sometimes i want to use my "MJ Create A Legend" roster.. is there a way?

if you have the full version of the REDitor it is possible to copy out team and player data into a different roster or game mode. That is the only way to do that.
