Giving My Player a Cyberface (Trainer Method)

I just wanted to do the portrait for my player and
I get a double exposure ( one pic on the top of th other) and since I replaced one
of m jordans pics it doesn't look so good. Can someone help?

Chiltov I found that once i disabled AVG it works fine, just make sure you back up your files as you can't go back to the in game created face once you apply a cyberface!

People i am going crazy here it jus wont work, i changed 1312 id slot profile pic, so i enter 1312 in F1 field, then i put my cf 5175 in F2 and go on like in tutorial but nothing happens.

Any other way i can assign profile pic and CF to myplayer???

when you go back to the game it will still be in edit mode, you have to exit and save the changes to apply the face!

I did this for Matt Harpring - a white player.
It worked, but he has BLACK arms

I tried different combinations, Harpring is always with black arms.
Jeff Hornacek works fine, though. (to try another white player)
But I'm a big Matt Harpring fan and my player is even named Matt Harpring, so it would be cool to have his face and his skin for the arms.

Same thing with Penny Hardaway - (iff 947) - he has the same dark (MJ type) arms!

So is there anyway to permanently change the profile picture? i tried with this tool but it doesnt work or after reload its gone.

I've got a question for those of you who cannot get the program to work. Do you have the patched version of NBA 2K11 installed? If so, that's why. The program is not compatible with the patch. I figured this out on my own last night. If you really need to use this program you'll need the original .exe. I won't go into detail about how you can obtain that due to forum rules.

for all you people getting the "wrong version" error, change the shortcut to read only "2K11.exe" and nothing else. should work then

(unless you have the newer version of the game, then it wont work)
