Fri Jan 28, 2011 4:27 am
ok, so then what are your computer specs, what detail settings are you using in the game
Fri Jan 28, 2011 5:58 am
CPU: 4.2 Ghz Dual Core
RAM: 3 GB
Video card: 358 MB
Hard drive: 17.5 GB free
Whatever detail settings i put it goes the same.

Video card is too slow.

Free up some more HDD space, your free space seems a bit low. HDD probably too full and fragmented.

thx Jark89,but it goes the same 1-2 FPS

Tue Feb 15, 2011 9:35 am
Then try everything at low, even the resolution.
Tue Feb 15, 2011 6:53 pm
well i`ve put it on 640x400 everything at low except players they are on medium(because when its no low everyone is bald) and sideline players are off but then it goes 7 FPS .I have also tried game booster but i dont know how to use it
Tue Feb 15, 2011 11:03 pm
Free more space, disable some services, disable everything in the background, especially antiv-virus. Are you using XP?
Wed Feb 16, 2011 4:41 am
I am using Vista. Is there any program that i could close all that with?
Wed Feb 16, 2011 5:09 am
He has 20GB free space, why should he free more? With my old HDD, I just had 2-3 GB free space and everything was running smoothly. Maybe it's dust problem, what are your CPU/GPU temps?
What was that program called, what closed all unnecessary programs for better gaming? Game-booster?
Wed Feb 16, 2011 8:22 am
It can still be your video card. A high-memory albeit shared memory for video integration (and without 3D acceleration) would still have your game run slow.
Fri Feb 18, 2011 1:12 pm
videocard memory is irrelevant if the graphics card chip is too slow to perform the rendering task

even if your videocard meets the memory requirements, if your videocard processor/chip is slow then you wont be able to run the game at acceptable settings
Also, what videocard do you have? 358mb sound like an odd number for vRAM, are you running on board?

Try downloading Gamebooster I use it sometimes I can also give you a serial number to make it premium
Sat Feb 26, 2011 1:27 pm
no he wont
Sun Feb 27, 2011 1:56 am
what about priority? open task manager, go to the second tab from 6 tabs and find the nba2k11.exe. right click it and find set priority, pick the high.
btw 17 gb space = your computer suck
