its bundled with the download for the mod tool
but those are for 3d modelling in blender, if you want to do tattoos all you need is the mod tool for importing and exporting textures

I can open the pcarmtats.iff on the mod tool, the problem was when putting the tattoo back, its messed up and i can't see the tattoo in create player. So im trying to open it to blender also im trying to mod the hair of the create player, sorry for confusing you JaoSming.. Thanks!!

Can anyone tell me how to replace edit mode tatto. I use modtool and i insert tatto texture i wante and then in game my texture and previous one overlap? Any hints?

make sure you save your dds files with mipmaps

And how do i do that? I am new at editing nba2k, used to edit nba live in late 90's and PES in recent years.
I ask u since i dont see any options. When i export texture it is *.bmp and when i export file it is *.n2kf.
I can only export file and texture but dont see options for mipmaps

make sure you press export res instead of the normal export button
it will save a dds file
edit in PS or GIMP and when you save make sure you match the compression settings said in the bottom left of the mod tool (either dxt1 or dxt5) and whene xporting a dds in PS or GIMP there should be an option to add mipmaps
then import res

As you can see i dont have dxt1 or dxt5 in lover left corner, and it saves it as bmp. Am i not getting you or i have a problem with modtool?

ah, well BMP ones I actually havent been able to deal with truthfully.......if you want to make a new topic in this forum asking about it so you can get some better help feel free

Sorry i wasnt clear, problem was with PS not mod tool. When i opened the BMP with GIMP i could see the correct texture (with PS i could only see black) so i just edited it in GIMP and inserted it back with modtool.
And i must say GIMP has some awesome resize tool really, PS totaly made me believe i couldnt resize my tattoo image without being totaly ruined. Go GIMP

bmp there was no other option in modtool, why?
