Oklahoma City add-on question (PS3)

So, I bought my Live 09 copy recently (new, not used), and my DNA code doesn't work. But anyway, I can't find the Oklahoma City Thunder add-on on PSN Store. Is there a way to find and download it? I really like Live 09, didn't like Live 10 (tried the demo).
