doseL, nice work What shadow mod/ photo mod you use in first 2 pictures???

I think had you made their arms a little thicker the shoulders wouldn't look as weird, at least that what I've noticed from T-Neck's model. Their arms in comparison to their bodies are out of proportion, hence why I think they look so weird. Good job on the smiling faces though, a much more realistic expression for a dance team.

by the way... is it gamedataextra,iff? i think its not coz when i replaced it. the jersey fonts, numbers and cheerleaders are gone.

by the way. the default is 5.7kb while yours is only 208 kb.

Sorry, I wasnt precise enough.

To replace the models of the cheerleaders, you need to pick one of the n2km file, which you intend to use.
Then, you need to backup your original gamedataextra.iff
You need ModTool, as well, which can be found in a stickied post in this board.

You have to open your gamedataextra.iff with modtool, then go to content 168, which is the 3D model of the girls,
when you see the original model, on the screen, click on "import res" button and then select the one you desire.
after that you will see the new model, you can close modtool, play, enjoy

As far as I remember, maybe Lunatic Wolf made a video tutorial, how to change textures with modtool, etc.

And remember, always backup your original files.

Btw in the meantime I have managed to lessen their hands, so it dont look like scuba fins anymore.

I have updated my post upwards with the new galz, smiling ones, with smaller hands, included in gde.iff

For further work, maybe I make them a little bit thicker... with smaller tits, but I really dunno, how much time will I have, ....working....

Sweet this was well needed, and i must say excellent job with this project so far, One question though, is there any way at this time to edit the amount of time they dance for instance any way to change the timeout time from like 5 secs to say 30 secs or 1 minute, just curious if it can be done.
