I don't like people sucking up to me for more player points... I get the feeling that sometimes that is the case. (Same as you seeing some gimp followers only cause of the almighty Darko)

The sig and challenge made the focus on Darko. Not the team. And we all know he is a team player

You May Call Seattle-Sacramento A Rivalry Now
NOVEMBER 1, SEATTLE – Kevin Durant laced up his Nikes to take to the floor for the Stealth’s practice just a few days ahead of his team’s Western Conference Finals rematch against the Sacramento Kings. As he walked past one of the many beat writers, he grinned, “You guys wanted to call it a rivalry? I do too.” He was referring to last season when he, as well as the rest of his team, repeatedly requested for the media to stop calling the Seattle-Sacramento matchup a rivalry.
Back then Durant had boldly stated, “There’s no rivalry when we have the better team.” Even former Head Coach Will Sit had said, “Seattle and Sacramento isn’t a real rivalry; if you want a real rivalry, talk Seattle and Portland.”
It seems as if Durant’s stance has changed since then.
The Stealth has been eliminated two years in a row at the same stage of the postseason by the Kings now. The Kings are the reigning World Champions and could have been two-time champions had it not been for the pesky Atlanta Hawks in 2011.
The two teams will play each other in two days time and Durant is looking forward to the matchup so early into the regular season. “Let’s get it over and done with,” he said, “I know that you guys will be loving every second of it when we are beating them.” Durant sounded confident as ever that he would also win MVP this season and commented on how he would take that individual title away from Kings’ superstar Moses Chara, “He (Chara) is overrated.”
Now that Durant has allowed the media to call it a rivalry, he was asked if he thought his rival All-Star, Chara, felt the same way to which he replied, “I don’t care.”
