1.When i'm tryin' start season that's happen: "Divisions and conferences must have the same number of teams" I turn on all the teams, but the problem doesn't go.What do i need to do?
2.Is there a mod that allows in "Play now"mode to play not one match, but the Series or customizes usual match to NBA Finals.

Download TUP 11 roster,copy the "teams.dbf" found in the dynastyseason safe folder and put it in ur save folder.

i did it earlier
and one more problem: when i start match and skip intro it works
but it crashes if i don't skip it

maybe you updated some parts of the game. and left others,
