Need HEELP Please!!

Hello Guys,
my game crashes always, when I start it. It's because, my titlepage.iff file is corrupt.
I wanted a new start up screen, but it didn't work and I didn't back up the file, but i don't want to
reinstall it because,I already added some new things (cyberfaces... etc.) and when i reinstall the complete game,
I would have to do these things again. ;(
so pleeease guys send me this file or upload it for me
its called: titlepage.iff
