Association Mode - Team Chemistry

I'm in 2018 of my association mode. But all team chemistry seems to have disappeared. Mine is 4% and goes up to 7% at max. Other teams or mostly 0%. One team has 23%.

Is this a glitch? or just due to the fact that the whole player database is now now generated players?

Also - how can I increase my team chemistry in Association mode.

agree with kababayan karlsanada10, win games, and also, make sure most of your players have enough playing time ... not the assigned playing time in the rotation menu, the 'actual' playing time your players play, most of your players will have a good morale, thus increasing the chemistry of your team
