Heat acquire Korver in 5-player deal with Bulls



The Miami Heat and the Chicago Bulls have agreed in principle to a deal, which will send Kyle Korver and Omer Asik to the Heat for Mike Miller, Juwan Howard and Dexter Pittman. Future draft picks will be added also.

Both Miller and Korver have not settled in their new homes, where they signed this summer. Korver has appeared in 5 games for the Bulls, averaging just 1.4 points. Rookie Omer Asik has also appeared in 5 games, but has scored just 1 point during the games.

Miller has appeared in all Miami's games, but only averaging 3.4 points in 11.2 minutes. Both Juwan Howard and Dexter Pittman have yet to appear in a regular season game.

Despite Chicago's 5-2 start, they are also reportedly shopping Carlos Boozer.

Not a huge fan of the trade , love Mike Millers game but sometimes that doesnt work so well in 2k as in real life.

I think Miller's better than Korver, but with all of your ball handlers out there, a pure spot up shooter is maybe more effective.

Been a fan of Miller since he was paired w/TMAC in ORL back in the day; kid's got more game than Korver imo (can't even imagine how much more lethal the RL Heat are gonna be with him and Haslem back )
