Installation for TUP 10 into NBA Live 08? - Help?

Okay. So i recently just downloaded the TUP 10 packages
to go with my NBA Live 08 (authentic - not downloaded) game.

It says, to extract all files into NBA Live 08's folder 'sgsm'
According to the instructions i did try and follow it.
but when i ran the game, no effect whatsoever took place :S

I've been trying for 4 hours now....its really stressful
if anyone could help, that'll be greatly appreciated

I sort of need instructions step by step as of what to do.

put all the files to sgsm (not the folders)

but sometimes when you extract, there appears to be the same file (size, name)
do you replace or no?

extract the folder or inside - the files?

if u wanna make updates,overwrite existing files..Thats why there is always a preview included in the downloads,see 4 urself if he thing ur downloading will gonna make up changes in ur game..Extracting the folder itself,contents shud be mapped out depending what type of file it will be.

btw, Basically i replace files that come up as a notification
in order to upgrade, yeah?

see their file extensions (.fsh,.ebo,.big) u shud put them them to SGSM..Extract files to the correct folders they shud be.

so basically all the files are placed in sgsm, right?
my point was, what about the folder, like in Arena 'zip file', there are subfolders such as
--> background, misc update, music

so i extract just like that?...or do i need to take out all files from all folders?

Yes.All the files have to be placed in the sgsm.The only files that do not go in the sgsm are the ones that are in the "Main Game Part 1,Part 2" and the "Real Atmoshpere Patch V.2".

Background is usually extracted to sgsm folder (wid .big or .fsh file extensions) and so wid misc update.Music shud be in audio/music foders.The simplest way maybe,check all the default folders and take note of all the files so that u'll know where to extract the new file updates.

okay. how bout the jersey zip, do i unzip all the files NOT THE FOLDER right?
and same goes for the logo zip, do i just extract all logo folders, or files in all folders?

also in "Folder Updates - Main Game (Part 1)" --> database --> OrigDB (:there are 2, one in C Save Destination folder, and one in prog files)
where do i place the origdbxbx files?....in the OrigDB folder or somewhere else?

and where do i place the zip files in TUP 10?
in the roster for tup 10 zip

Yes, extract the files, not the folder to the sgsm folder, same goes with the logos.
The OrigBD and OrigdbXbx goes into your game directory.
The rosters to your save folder.

is the game directory in the save folder section or the program files?

By default, NBA Live 08 is installed in the Program Files folder.

hi. im new here. i followed your post and the instructions in TUP 10 but i cant find the icon/application for nba live 10. i also tried to open the nba live 08 icon but it just leads me to the nba live 08 game. please help me with regards to this matter. thanks a lot.
