No, there's no central thread for that. They're just available in their respective author's release threads.

No sir, there are already courts included.
But most of the courts are outdated on a purpose to fix the crashing problems.
If you want to have the latest court you may download them, but this means you will be prone to crashing problems.
There are no crashing problems that I encountered since the first TUP11 update (including the starting 5 intro)

well apparently after a few tries, i could play the game if i skipped the intro of the starting 5..
but it still crashes when i let the intro of the starting 5..
so anything you could tell me to avoid the crashes without skipping the intro?

watching it makes it more realistic.

Yes sir Boston, Charlotte, LA Lakers, Denver I am sure I have used this courts before, it was up to date.
Look at the LA Lakers' court now youll notice the significant difference, I havent that "LAKERS.COM" court in ages.
the others that I've mentioned may have not changed but definitely out of date.
But still good job to the patchers who have done a great job in releasing this update in a short span of time.
I am trying now to update the courts, but can't find courts such as blazers, hawks and rockets

court updates have already known now...and should be fixed by Update Package 2

so no more need to talk about updating courts

crashes during intro (now) are most likely 1 of 2 reasons...
1) incorrect install of update package 1
2) pirated game

I am so sorry but I havent encountered any crashing problems.
May be its because of your graphics card, or may be you are using a pirated version of NBA Live 08

how high should be my gfx card?

Mine is 1gb, but 256mb is enough. I am not saying that the gfx is the problem.
Just do the READ ME. Maybe you did not have follwed the installation steps

i did follow everything..
when i ran the cleanmaindirectory batch file..
files were missing as per say in the run window..
was that normal? or something was wrong?
i was wondering from the very start about those missing files.

if you are not contented with the ratings, you can adjust it by your own, right? its not a problem

as far as i could remember, crowd3d and database folder is on the SGSM..
but i don't think i have that crowd folder..
