How to Edit Players with Alec's Trainer v2.1

Hi guys, so I'm gonna create a tutorial for editing players in Alec's "full-featured NBA 2K11 Trainer". I can only understand some Chinese , but just very basic so I kinda was able to understand some parts of the trainer. This is by no means an official guide to the trainer, it's just how I understood to use it. This will concern mainly the appearance only. I'll be using Ricky Rubio as an example.

1. OK, so first thing you gotta do is create Ricky Rubio.



2. Go to Rubio's edit player screen then open up Alec's Trainer v2.1. You'll see a small window with Kobe, MJ, LBJ, and Wade in the act of shooting. Just click anywhere inside that window and the trainer will pop up. Just remember that you have nba 2k11 open first. This is what the Trainer should look like.



This is the part we will focus on and my rough translation of the menu/buttons.



A- Body Type/Color - You can choose buff/ripped, and skin color.
B- Height - In meters.
C- Weight - In kilos.
D- Shoe
E- Age
F- Jersey Number
G- Years Pro
H- Role
I- Display Age - 2nd option displays age as "--".
J- Play Style?
K- Personality
L- Display Name - 2nd option will displays name with 2 letters. e.g. Ri. Rubio
M- Face Edit - Edit your Portrait and CF.
N- Play Style? - Edit position/secondary position. Other options I dont know what for.
O- Display Edit - Edit your draft status, position rank, etc.
P- Refresh - Refreshes all items back to the current status on your edit player screen.
Q- Apply
R- Injury - Lets you add injured status.
S- Accept

This is the FACE EDIT Screen:



A- This is the Portrait part. First check the tickbox where I placed the letter A in the picture. Then choose whose portrait you want on the right side with the small pictures. Once you have decided, click Apply, Then click Accept.
B- This is the CF part. It's the same as how you edit the Portrait. But remember, don't check the tickbox if you don't want to edit this (same for portrait). Click Apple. Accept.
C- I don't really know what this does.

This is the DISPLAY EDIT Screen:



A- Year Drafted
B- Round Drafted - the options are first round (right hand), 1st rnd (left hand), 2nd rnd (rgt hand), 2nd rnd (lft hand), undrafted (rght hand), undrafted (left hand)
C- Pick Number
D- Position Rank - It's better to not play with this as there is no set to default button.
E- Overall Rank - Remember ^^
F- I don't really know what this does.

it would be great if translated into english, it's hard to use now.

zyrnii: did you edit the filename? don't do that.. try running it from the zipped folder

kensai: I doubt anyone will translate this, so this just a temporary solution til new reditor comes out..

i didn't renamed it..the file is corrupt...can u reupload??

I edited it but only the portrait worked and no cyber face

zyrnii: try to download it again, it's the same file i'm using it should not be corrupt..

GS6CAR7: try again, it just doesnt work sometimes.. if it still doesn't work then use Kris's method, it's much easier.

RAPBOY I TRIED TO EDIT JEREMY LIN CF BUT I CANT FIND THE NEW CF IN THE RIGHT PANEL. CAN YOU HELP ME?

inkED.. you should use Kris's tutorial for that, much easier, and for some reason Alec's trainer does not include a lot of players in it..

i cant get it to change him in game do everything u say but what do i do to get it to show up

for the portrait and cf, if you're having trouble with this tool, then just use Kris's tutorial..

just put in 1601 in F1 and F2 boxes, then click F1 and then F2.. dont bother with F3.. make sure you are doing this while you are inside the edit player screen..

I played with the face edit sceen using the image C above. I have one quick question sir. When i tried to manipulate my cf using the face edit sceen my players first and last name swapped. Any ideas?

really? i didnt know that was possible with this tool.. do you remember which button you pressed?

It seems like the option next to the cf tool is the body color and muscle tone. I tried doing a Dr. J cf and randomly clicked each one and it turned out bad. The arms where black and the legs were white.

i've tried a MP mode with player Rajon Rondo, and i would like to play 29 games a year not 82!

I have access to the player profile in the 2k11 trainer, change the game to 29 but i don't know how to save !!!!
