ENB didn't work!HELP!!SOS!!

pressed f12+shift ~nothing changed....what's wrong with my NVIDIA GT335M....and i tried to run 2K11 without gt335m...and saw the words showed that ENB did work in the Onboard VGA Controller mode~~ hope somebody helps me !!!!!
