College Hoops 2k8... or that other NCAA Basketball game

I recently bought 2k8 at Gamestop for 7 bucks, and I sort of like it. I mean, it's fun and all, but the presentation is pretty lame compared to NCAA 10's. When it's the championship game, all you hear is "This is it. The national championship." or something to that nature. 10 shows the bracket. Which is better in your opinion?

CH 2k8 because of the gameplay. 'nuff said.

on top of that the Legacy mode is insanely in depth. While it doesnt have the bells and whistles NCAA 10 had little things like layup lines push it waaaay over the edge for me.

If the finals presentation is what wows you and makes you want to play the game, then fine, but IMO CH 2k8 is the best damn basketball simulation ever.

Thanks X, so far I've gotten into my Texas Southern Legacy and is 2-1, with an upset to Arkansas and a loss to Temple.

Every now & then I go back to play CH2k8. I wish they brought back the series. Imagine NBA 2k11 tweaked to college play & with legacy mode. It would be superb

Reading the article made me want to buy this game. I'm more to executing the plays than isolation plays.

It's only 7 bucks for a good quality used one

Forgot to mention that the game does have 2k Share (was first 2k game to have it I believe) so there should be some 2010/11 rosters on there, or at least partially updated one.

and if you cant find any OS has updated rosters

only thing bad or just seems weird the CPU can't make layups for anything the sliders r all at 50 but the recruiting in legacy is a big plus for me

I really love CH 2k8. It's a great game, with coaching carousels and competitive games. I mean, I thought I would blowout the 1-5 Maryland Eastern Shore Hawks, but it ended up a 2 point win. It's an amazing game, glad I got it over EA's shit.

The game really sucks you in. The way team unity works in this game is a thing of beauty. I've played against that Missouri '40 minutes of terror/pain' team. They press you all game long. It's epic. I lost to the Tigers by 30 or 40 in that game but I never once felt cheated
