I already started this Association a couple of days ago [I already played 4 games already], I really have no plans of putting it here but after my game against the Magic I've decided to take a shot at this. I'm a big fan of Allen Iverson and I was really disappointed on how this off-season went through for him so I decided to sign him for the Knicks. Since AI never really had a legit big man playing with him I thought playing him with Stoudemire would be great. Just like what I've said this Association is already running for a couple of days now so I can't really give you a detailed recap of my previous 3 games [I'll give a recap of my game against the Magic]. Hopefully you'll enjoy following this guys!

Allen Iverson, the 11-time NBA All-Star will play for the New York Knicks this season after reportedly rejecting a 2-year deal offer by the Turkish team Besiktas just after receiving a call from Knicks' President of Basketball Operations, Donnie Walsh.

I'm excited, the city of New York is excited, the whole team is excited. Allen is a proven player in our league, I'm looking forward on how will all of our new players would come together. Getting him, Amar'e and Raymond is definitely a great step for us in moving forward and in getting better as a team. We've been thinking of the idea of having him here in New York even last year but we thought getting him at that point of time isn't the best option for the team and for him especially. It's been a difficult run for him these past couple of seasons and I hope this situation will help him get back on track. I know we're taking a risk here but with Allen I know it worth it.

I don't know man, I'm about to sign this contract later this day with Besiktas and Mr. Walsh called my manager Gary Moore this morning and talks about the idea of bringing me there to New York. Everything is already set, I'm about to leave tomorrow and I'm already looking forward on playing with my teammates there in Turkey but hey it isn't a done deal until a done deal. My apologies to the whole organization of Besiktas ball club and its fans, but I really have to do what's best for me and my family and that is I think is staying here in the NBA.
