Of all people to get destroyed by you let it be Big Z . Hopefully you take Game 2

Oh, tough loss. What a performance by Big Z!

Not the start you were looking for but not a bad final score given your struggles from the field. Not surprised to see Ilgauskas put up those numbers, he's quite capable of being a beast in NBA Live 06.

Oh, Big Z? First and last win in Playoffs for Cavs. :D

I hope you get knocked out in the first round. :)

Not really. Come back and win this series bro!

Thierry •, yeah, he doesn't do much in Live 06 when I play against him.

Lamrock, that's the hope.

megarover, he had 21 and 12 through 3 quarters, did quite all tight by myself against him.

Justine., tall guys with FFS inside scorers are beasts in Live 06.

Andrew, I shot 55% in the fourth quarter, the FG% was below 30% when I started playing.

KD#35, I hope that it will be, though it will be tough.

Sit, hahaa. Thanks. :P

Behind Jennings' double-double, Bucks tie up series
Bucks (104) - Cavaliers (83)

Brandon Jennings flirted with a triple-double, finishing with 23 points, 13 assists and 7 rebounds in 30 minutes to carry the Bucks over the Cavaliers in game #2. The series now shifts to Cleveland, all tied up at one game a piece.

Michael Redd added 30 points on 13-20 shooting, recovering from his 6-25 shooting in game #1. Hakim Warrick was a rebound shy of yet another double-double. Shane Battier also reached double figures.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas finished with his 2nd straight double-double with 15 points and 10 boards. LeBron James scored 20 and Mo Williams led the Cavs with 21.

The game was pretty much decided from the start. The Bucks jumped out to an early 12-2 lead and won the first quarter 28-18. The Cavaliers made a small run in the second quarter and got as close as 6 by halftime, 52-46..

Struggles continued for the Cavaliers in the third quarter which they lost 24-18. And with the score 76-64, the Bucks subbed in their reserves. The Cavaliers couldn't get their offense and defense running in the fourth quarter either which they lost 28-19. Luc Mbah a Moute scored 7 of his 9 in the fourth and Kyle Korver made both of his three-pointers in the final 5 minutes of the game.

NOTES : Bucks shot 50% from the field compared to 40% by the Cavaliers; The Bucks had 9 turnovers, Cavaliers 14; The Bucks shot 58.3% from deep and 77% from the foul line; Cavaliers made 25 of their 27 free throws; Miami Heat won both games on the road and are up 2-0 against the #1 seed Pistons. Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade have averaged 52 points between the two in the first 2 games.

Blowout win, what a way to get a split going into Cleveland. (Y) Here's to hoping BJ gets a triple-double in Cleveland. :)

megarover, I was 7-12. It's good, but not out of this world.

Axel., I'm hoping for that too. :)

Sit, thanks. :)

Andrew, yeah, game #1 was a horrid display by our team (Except for BJ and Warrick)

Thierry •, sadly, that can't happen. Since Detroit won the East and is in the same division as me, I'm the 4th seed so if Miami advances and me of course too, I would face them in the EC semis.

It's Martti's fault. He is not doing well enough giving Bogie the ball. (N)

Sweet game by Jennings to tie it up

The thing with Bogut is that he just stands behind the 3PT-line. I have to call a pick-n-roll to get him to move. I'll try to get him the ball more.

I'll post the Cruz-Rose match-up after this series. Update today/tomorrow with game #3. (Y)

Jennings fills up the box score, Bucks go up 2-1
Bucks (96) - Cavaliers (84)

    Image
Bogut had just 1 block, but it was a 2-handed beauty.

LeBron James may have received his third MVP trophy before game #3 in Quicken Loans Arena, but the night belonged to Brandon Jennings. The 3rd-year Guard finished with 36 points, 13 assists and 9 rebounds as his Bucks beat the Cavaliers 96-84.

MVP LeBron James wasn't too shabby either, having the best game of the series. He finished with 30 points, 10 assists and 8 rebounds.

Jennings got help from Hakim Warrick, who had 18 points and 11 rebounds, Andrew Bogut had 12 and Michael Redd finished with 16, shooting a poor 5-16 from the field.

Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Jason Richardson and Mo Williams all reached double-figures for the Cavaliers.

"Defense was the key for us. We held them to below 85 points for a second straight game, if we can keep this up we can go far," Jennings stated after the game.

The Cavaliers shot 42% from the field and 25% from distance and scored just 24 points in the second half with LeBron scoring 18 of those.

The Bucks held a 62-60 lead at halftime, but went on a 12-2 run to start the fourth and won the third quarter 18-10. The Bucks domination continued in the fourth, where the the Cavaliers scored just 14 points. The Bucks added 16 points to the scoreboard behind sloppy play from the reserves.

NOTES : Brandon Jennings has averaged 25.6 points, 10.7 assists and 7.0 rebounds in the Playoffs; Detroit won game #3 against the Heat in Miami.

 So close to a triple-double for Jennings. Looks like the Cavs were expecting LBJ to bail them out in the second half. If that keeps up, you win in 5. :)
