Can't Save Association mode on PC version

I just got the game yesterday, and i cant save my association mode.
Is there something im doing wrong.
I have auto save on, but not working, says cant save on disk file, and i have over 300GB free.
Specs are;
ATI Radeon 4200
4GB RAM
Windows 7 64 Bit
500GB HDD
