pc xbox control works for 2k10 but not 2k11

just installed the game i know im probably missing something stupid what could be the issue as it defaulted to my keyboard as primary control. i want to use my xbox 360 control like i did last year

make sure you press start on the xbox controller to start the game instead of pressing enter. whatever you press at the title screen is the primary controller.

i do that jao but it doesnt respond. do u suggest reinstalling the game. it works with 2k10 which is crazy to me and 2k9 lol

are you using xbcd drivers?

yeah xbcd has been installed on the pc since 2k10 and 2k9. do u think i should reinstall or check for updates on those drivers? maybe that will solve it

IMO, unless you plan to go back to 2k9 or 2k10, I would uninstall XBCD drivers and just use the normal microsoft drivers for the controller since the game recognizes it now and includes icons without a patch.
