Why can't the PC version have Arena Music too?

It didn't have that option where you could choose what songs to play for a specific arena on 2k10. Only consoles had that.

Custom songs, so people had the tnt/espn themes and such. only 360 had it last year, it's been expanded to the 360/PS3 this year with no confirmation for the PC yet.

i was really disappointed 2K9 or 2K10 didn't support custom music as its always been one of my favorite features in sports games. So i''m really hoping they've also expanded this to PC with there being so many other improvements and with PS3 getting its this year also.

I really can't complain. You're getting the PC version $30 cheaper than the 360/PS3 versions and it's actually a steal considering all of the patching and modding that gets done to get more out of it in the long run.

Hofepully, our great patchers get a way to access and change those music files. Remember 2K9, we had audio patches back then.

I don't know, but they couldn't crack the 2k10 files.

That said, if that's the biggest complaint we have with NBA 2K11 PC, it could be worse.

I just wnna know either way.

Someone on the 2k forums was saying Ronnie was talking as if the PC Version will have it patched in

I never liked the idea of custom soundtrack for games, whats the point in spending all that money in licensing if the user has the option to listen to whatever he wants? Soundtracks are a marketing tool for a struggling music industry. If you don't like certain track, disable it. But always stick to what they bought for you.

jmmontoro, we aren't looking for custom soundtracks, we are looking for custom arena music.



we can add the ESPN theme to the beginning of the game, at halftime, or at the end of the game, we can have a special sound effect play for when a certain player scores or custom beats for offense and defense. That is what we want.

I want custom soundtracks as well because I love putting classic songs in from past 2k and NBA Live games.

Sadly I don't see it being put in as a patch because I don't think the demand will be strong enough.
