It's pretty much obvious than only a smudge of Bosh's tattoo would even be visible in the game if Tha King did the patch. Even if we consider the different camera angles and close ups at replay, the visible part of the tattoo when viewed will be insignificant.

If you're going to request something make it practical as not to waste the patcher's time in doing that and not just because of your stupid whim.

I know you are stupid but I didn't realize you are that stupid as to even request a waste of the patcher's time for something that isn't even noticeable while playing the game. Keep your idiocy to yourself and don't affect the patchers in the forum with your disease.
