Congratulations for the 1k! Hopefully you'll keep up with this!

Jennings seems to be a legend in your dynasties!

I am included in this year's draft, right? If so,can i be traded to the Bulls?

Also, what is this thing with articles?

Again congratulations, and i wish i would reach 1k too!

Durantula_MVP, I only play the fourth quarter and he had just 22 through 3 quarters. So 54 in the fourth and 2 OT's.

George7, it depends on which team drafts you. :D

And the articles is kind of like what Sit did in his, if you want, you can maybe write about your player, some backstory and so on or maybe another player and/or team.

You for example could talk about coming to the league and representing Greece in London. It's all optional, but it would improve your draft stock.

It's to get the followers more included. I'm not much of a writer.

Amar'e to Golden State?

Amar'e Stoudemire, recently named as a member of the 2012 USA Men's Basketball Team, has let the team know that he is not satisfied with their current direction and would prefer to play elsewhere.

Golden State looks like the front-runner for STAT, having the exciting young piece in Anthony Randolph to offer. Also, Monta Ellis could be included in a deal for Amar'e, as Phoenix lacks a good PG and Golden State has promising G Stephen Curry on the bench. Phoenix may want Curry instead of Ellis, but the Warriors are not willing to part ways with Curry.

Both Curry and Randolph are currently on the bench, as coach Don Nelson plays small with Thierry Tirieux at PF. The Argentinian's scoring numbers are down from his rookie year from 19.1 to 16.8. His assists are up though from 5.4 to 7.1. Tirieux also stated, that he'd rather play the 3, his true position.

Phoenix have started the season 2-15 so far, the worst in the league. There are still 3 more weeks before the trade deadline, so more suitors could emerge. New York could also be an option for Stoudemire, though for that they need to part ways with either sophomore guard William Sit or rookie sensation Stephon Mayberry. The Knicks don't have enough expiring contracts to work out a deal that way.

Miami was also in talks with Phoenix, but they acquired Chris Bosh early in December.

You're very welcome, congrats on 1000 replies and keep up the good work! (Nice effort with Jennings in your Knicks Dynasty, too!)

No surprises there with Amar'e's trade demand, that's a tough start for Phoenix.

I figured that's what Amar'e would do. No Nash there and the team sucks a lot. He would go to a winning team (9-6 right now), plus he'd have a star in Tirieux there and a good PG (Cuury).

Yep, you had a playable injury. And thanks for kind words. :) And Sit, don't get too cocky in NYC. The Knicks are 2-8 in the last 10, pretty much since you've arrived. :D

He already is a star, he'd get to pair with another in Tirieux.

Amar'e to Golden State done, Ellis and Randolph to Phoenix.

As soon as Amar'e made his displeasure in Phoenix public, Golden State went for it and pulled off a blockbuster deal to land STAT in a 4-player deal. Monta Ellis and Anthony Randolph will be going to Phoenix.

Randolph and Ellis will now join Jason Richardson, Kelenna Azubuike and the rest of the Suns, who are 2-15 so far and drastically needed a change. In December, they acquired rookie Dirk Brezhnev in exchange for Ropin Lopez.

Amar'e will join forces with sophomore star Thierry Tirieux to form one of the best 3-4 combos in the league. The Warriors also have great pieces around them with Andris Biedrins, Stephen Jackson and Stpehen Curry. They also have Corey Maggette as their sixth man as Tirieux returns to his true position at SF.

Golden State will face the Bucks next.

Player stats :

Amar'e Stoudemire (96) : 21.9 PPG, 9.9 RPG, 3.4 APG, 1.29 SPG, 1.88 BPG
Earl Clark (73) : 2.9 PPG, 3.2 RPG, 1.6 APG, 0.35 SPG, 0.41 BPG

Monta Ellis (84) : 17.4 PPG, 4.1 RPG, 4.8 APG, 1.43 SPG, 0.14 BPG
Anthony Randolph (79) : 7.9 PPG, 5.4 RPG, 1.9 APG, 0.29 SPG, 0.93 BPG

Projected starting line-ups :

Phoenix :

C - Channing Frye
PF - Anthony Randolph
SF - Kelenna Azubuike
SG - Jason Richardson
PG - Monta Ellis

Golden State :

C - Andris Biedrins
PF - Amar'e Stoudemire
SF - Thierry Tirieux
SG - Stephen Jackson
PG - Stephen Curry

So much for Meal Ticket going to the Bucks. Decent trade though. Warriors become a fringe contender, while the Suns... well they were ripped off (did they really need to deal Clark as well?), but I guess something had to be done.

Is Nash retired in this dynasty?

Re: | 10-4 | Bucks |

Tue Aug 31, 2010 6:35 pm

Lamrock, Nash is gone yes. And Clark was just a spot-filler, as both teams have 15 players on roster.

Re: | 10-4 | Bucks |

Tue Aug 31, 2010 6:40 pm

Ah, okay. To shower on some more milestone praise :P: Kind of glad you continue to stick with Live. With the exception of a couple dynasties, this side is really declining, with most of the new threads becoming glorified patching threads filled with spam and sub-par presentation. Makes this one stand out even more.

Keep it up man. (Y)
