NBA 2k9 saving problem

I get a 2k9 for my PC. I try play, but I see this.
I can't make a save file Why?

I never installed 2k10, my pc can't run 2k10. Counter Strike and GTA San Andreas is a Steam games?

dont have any. I just barely reinstalled it last week. Few months ago I upgraded to Windows 7 and didnt keep my saves

Maybe if somebody can give me the save file, I can try create a 2k9 folder and put rosters in folder.
