Added ALL NBA NT TEAMS (92,96,2002,2004,2007,2008, AND 2010!), WEST and Eeast Alls starts tems.

Update all portraits cf, raitings and much more.

Hi ! Just to tell you that there's a mistake on the photo portrait of "Kevin Seraphin" (Wizards - 21th draft pick)

The image which is in the game is this one. This is a picture of "Claude MARQUIS" and not Seraphin ^^

So if you know how to change it or somethin... To make it more realistic you know ^^ I'm from France by the way, this is how I saw that it was the wrong guy ^^

I don't know what I do wrong, but the roster doesn't work for me. The slider and the roster file is in the save folder and the other stuff is in the NBA 2k10 folder. Can someone help me?
