Retro Mod 1997 Add-on V.II Released (new DH and Kobe prev)

i love the mod but i'm having trouble with the east/west all star teams. is there an updated roster file? for some reason it shows jordan in the west and a lot of present nba players and non all star players.

i tried to browse through this thread and saw littleman saying they figured it out:

we figured it out and have the all star teams accurate thx to VLAD for a great editor

but i still can't get them to come out right, even after re-downloading the roster file from page 1.
your help will really be appreciated.

nah thewre seems to b a bug when u alter the the allstar team it jumbles the players all through the roster still trying to figure it out and what do u want this for 4 quickplay gm's???

yup..thanks for the reply, i thought i was doing something the wrong way..anyways, looking forward for the fix littleman.

and about this mod, it really brings back good ol' memories. its good to have the chance to play mutombo in atl again, knicks as a powerhouse team, kobe and shaq being kids, KG runnin minny with marbury and ofcourse; who can forget about the jordan-pippen-rodman bulls!

by the way, how do we edit the courts? can it be done thru reditor? i checked the arenas tab and it's empty. i tried overwriting one of the courts using defjam's boston court but it didn't make any difference to the celtics court. good thing i backed up the original file so i just went ahead and restored it. i'm thinking maybe defjam's IFF file didn't correspond to the celtics team.

I can almost guarantee thats the problem. I've noticed that in different mods sometimes the team's # has been moved around. I'm not 100% positive thats the reason your encountering trouble, but I'm pretty sure it is. The only other thing I can think of is that your not able to edit courts without the full version of reditor. Its probably one of those two scenarios, or maybe even both.

someone else having issues with sam perkins cf? for some reason, mine shows up as cherokee parks (i guess). can anyone give me the correct cf .iff filename for him? or better yet, can someone give me a copy of sam perkins .iff?

follow up on the sam perkins cf problem, i just realized thru REDITOR that sam perkins cf id is the same as robert swift. anyone having the same issue?

guys,I'm downloading the MOD again and I'm gonna try to improve all the jerseys which need improvements.

I'm gonna release it together with Seattle's Jersey with Golden NBA LOGO.

I didn't make any boston celtics court anyways you can edit courts or the stadiums by using iff editor,sometimes the files are compressed,so download the 2k mod tool or how does it call to decompress it.Also you can edit by using hexeditor but I really don't know how to use that program.

i probably got it mixed up, i think i got the celtic arena from mddingway. i just saw your 90s vintage NBA courts thread, should i just add the files directly to the 2k10 folder?

yes they are generated in the season so we really where not gonna worry about that we replaced the bobcats with the best of the 1997/98 draft class..in some later updates i was gonna add some teams like dream team 92 and probably an international team from the FIBA mod guys
