NBA 2K10 PC is suspended | Windows 7 Ultimate

Hey ! I've got a problem. First off I've got new Windows 7 ( in place of Windows XP), and GeForce Nvidia 9500 GT (in place of 7300 GS). Now, when i'm turning on the game, and do whatever couple minutes game is suspended, I must restart my computer. When I had XP, there wasn't that. Please your help !

what is the size of you ram bro? maybe u just need to reinstall the game.......

2K10 needs a 2GB RAM...
