[Kova] 2011 Rosters RELEASED! (17.08.2010)

hey i have the same problems but i fixed it check ur files there will be files like this pngXXXX(blacksleeves) i found them check

I know how to make this patch work if it isn't!!
Go to you nba 2k10 folder (in program files) and press right click on: "nba2k10.exe" ,and choose something with "previous versions" (I don't know how to say it in english).
Then press on "Compatibility" (Again, i dont sure how to say it in english), tick the first box and choose: "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)".
Press on OK, and U good to go!!

later see what you say, i try this, i make right click in nba2k10.exe and enter in properties, i go in compatibility, and mark the option *execute this program in compatibility mode, and i put windows nt 4.0(service pack 5), i try another sim association and dont crash this time. i use windows xp service pack 3 in my pc.

Probably one of the patch that i installed is not "compatible" with the roster ......i will try them, but now IM SO SO SO SO HAPPYYYYYYYYYY!WORKSSSSSSSSSS

m8 did you simulate the old association that was crashing or a new one?
I remember that i've made a few simulations when kova release the free agency roster and wasnt crashing, the problem is when you play for real a few weeks, and then simulates to see if it crash.
I've made a fresh install, and the association that was crashing is still crashing.
The only thing i keep is the saves folder, maybe is some file from there i will try deleting configuration.cfg for example.
I have windows 7 x64, nba2k10 steam version and i install all kova required files, and the last rookies updates of koresh_NIK.
As it dont crash in my brothers computer, when that date comes, i will email him the association so he simulates for me and send me back the file . It's not a glamorous solution but it works

So if you said that the association that was crashing is still crashing, maybe we are going to be lucky and dont have problems with the new ones.
We will see.
I can't start a new one cause im playing it with my bro and we allready play a lot of games with the 2 franchises hehehe.
But i will start one with memphis alone, and we'll see if is fixed now.

Good post.. Just some notifications..

1. You don't need CFs from 'Draft Night 2010' because I included those rookies in latest link (the ones with portraits have changed png number, others are the same, but they are all included there)

2. You don't need updates packs of koresh_NIK, because I already changed his rookies pngs according to portraits.. (see no. 1 above)..

kova im going to edit the post to be more specific, the only thing of koresh that i put is the one he releases after you make the free agency roster.

nba 1.1 patch that i installed!
I dont know any other official patch for the game or bug patch ile you said!

And i think firstly should install excitement V5 patch and after it should the others!
This method solved my cunningham rodman and Seraphin CF problems!
Now i'm in 3rd week in march and it looks like its working!Im with Grizzlies......I'm using Windows 7 too and i've set compatible mode to Xp service pack 3!But if the game will crash im going to try dual suggestion!

So, what happened? I'm getting crashes beginning of March as well. What did you guys do to fix it exactly? I got confused trying to read all the previous posts going on.

It crash m8... no solution here.
After playing 23 games with Memphis, and my bro 20 games with LA it crashes 6 of march no mather what we do, simulating that day with Grizz or Lakers... in his pc or in my computer is the same.

Please have Kobe Bryant in the 90s West in your next roster! I tried modding it myself and for some reason the announcer only says everyones number instead of their names, weird glitch.

I'm not sure he deserves to be in 90's West.. I mean, drafted in 1996, won 1 title in 90s (behind Shaq), was bench player as a rookie, and only won dunk contest in 90s.. I think there are plenty of players with better achivements and numbers in 90s than Kobe..
