Draft Combine in NBA 2K11; Won't be standalone

The Draft Combine has been confirmed for NBA 2K11 but unlike last year, it won't be released as a standalone downloadable game before NBA 2K11 comes out. No real complaints here as it's not been completely dropped and the Combine wasn't available in all regions anyway.

I'd like to be able to play My Player's Draft Combine separately (and earlier) from the real game, but if it's there I'm happy. Also do you guys know if there will be a superstar or my player mode in Elite 11? Thanks

i think they have a be a pro mode in Elite.

It hasn't been officially announced, but a leak strongly suggests Elite will be bringing back an expanded Be a Pro Mode. Anyway, let's keep that in the Elite 11 section and the 2K11 stuff in this section.

Hmm. That article says it will be integrated but none of Ronnie's Twitter feeds have indicated such, not to my recollection anyway. Even the link they have to Ronnie's Twitter in that article doesn't say it will be integrated.

Perhaps they are jumping the gun with that assumption. I'm sure there'll be confirmation in the near future.

Last year it wasn't. If it's included in the game this year it will be for PC too.

According to Ronnie's twitter it's confirmed that the Draft Combine will be included in NBA 2k11. That's great news!
I could never get Draft Combine since I live in Sweden and it seems like it's just for the American market.

The ability to actually practice and make your player better BEFORE getting draft (and just the whole experience of actually BEING drafter rather than being assigned a team) is a great feature.

Good that we didn't get our hopes up for nothing.
