Delete and create a team NBA ?

Hi all ! I need some help. I wanna delete a NBA Team ( Wiz' ) and create a new team. I just want add a new team not only for play in association mode, but a team which can appear in MyPlayer and other mode too . Thx for yours answers ! Cia !
